IBQMS was founded and is managed by Eric D. Moore. Eric has worked extensively in various sectors including Aerospace, Manufacturing,Service and Defense for over 25 years. With multiple certifications including an FAA Airframe and Powerplant with Inspection Authorization Certificate, Quality Management Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and AS910
IBQMS was founded and is managed by Eric D. Moore. Eric has worked extensively in various sectors including Aerospace, Manufacturing,Service and Defense for over 25 years. With multiple certifications including an FAA Airframe and Powerplant with Inspection Authorization Certificate, Quality Management Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and AS9100, AS9110, AS9120 Aerospace Industry Experienced Auditor as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for Continuous Improvement, Eric has established and improved multiple Quality Management Systems, FAA Repair Stations and FAA PMA Facilities throughout his career. He has worked with small and large companies across the US doing business worldwide.His employers and clients alike have ranged from the department of defense,various service providers, as well as manufacturers within the FAA regulated aerospace industry. With his extensive industry experience, Eric has successfully liaised with, and directed company interactions with regulatory agencies worldwide.
A typical project involves an analysis of your work flow to determine your company's strengths, weaknesses and identify gaps in your Quality Management System.
First, we will map out and analyze your work flow processes, inputs,outputs, customer feedback, performance and productivity metrics to provide your senior management team with feedback and options that are focused on real solutions.The objective is to close the Quality Management System gaps, improve your process control parameters, performance limits, increase customer satisfaction,become more competitive and increase your company's profit margins. Depending on the existing state of your company's Quality Management System, you may or may not require ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110, AS9120 or other type of Quality Management System certification depending on what would best fit your company's needs.
Second, we will improve your existing Quality Management System or implement a new Quality Management System solution that is right for your company utilizing various quality tools, new policies/procedures, assist with Quality Management System certification (if required) and include the necessary training so that your company is well equipped to meet existing and potential new customer requirements.
